Help us grow, one hire at a time! We’re on the lookout for a new colleague to join our small People Operations team - you’ll actually be our second team member! AirForestry is growing and we need your help to do so. By working closely together with our Head of People Operations you’ll get a lot of freedom to shape how we work with recruitment.

The role:
As our Recruiter, you’ll be the go-to person for all things recruitment - with a special focus on tech, which is the heart of what we do. This means you’ll be involved in every step of the process: from sitting down with team leads to understand their needs, to shaping role profiles, sourcing and reaching out to candidates, conducting interviews, and making sure both candidates and managers feel supported along the way. You’ll also play a big part in onboarding our new colleagues.
Because we’re a growing company, the pace can be high and things can change quickly. We’re looking for someone who thrives in that kind of setting – someone who can balance structure with flexibility, and who enjoys being both hands-on and strategic. You’ll often be the first impression candidates get of us, so your ability to combine professionalism with warmth and personality will be key.
What you’ll do:
- Running the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, and everything in between.
- Working closely with team leads to understand their needs and turn them into clear requirements.
- Finding and engaging great talent through different channels.
- Ensuring candidates feel seen and valued throughout the process.
- Helping us improve and simplify our ways of working in recruitment.
What we think you’ll bring:
- A university degree in Human Resources, psychology, business administration or a related field.
- Experience running end-to-end recruitment processes on your own, ideally within tech.
- A proactive and organized way of working – you like to make things happen.
- Curiosity and the ability to quickly build technical understanding.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge when needed.

You will be a part of a fast-paced and fun environment, working with cutting edge technology and become an important part of a tight-nit and humble team.
