We are looking for our first assembly technicians. You will play an important part in building up our future production capabilities. This role will be a part of a small cross-functional team of people that will lay the groundwork for how we produce our drone and harvesting system.

The Role:

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll be an important part in our effort to start up a production team. Your main focus will be assembly and testing parts for the drone and the support systems around it.

You’ll work closely with both mechanical and electronic production engineers to ensure build quality and efficient assembly and test procedures — where you will be responsible for documenting the build process and help write down instructions and procedures, ensuring every drone leaves the workshop flight-ready.

You’ll also be a part of R&D prototype builds together with the design engineers, and help our production engineers during the transition between R&D prototype and production.

This is a role for someone who enjoys focused, hands-on work and can handle a wide range of responsibilities such as running tests on sub-systems, maintaining the workshop & training future assembly personnel.

Need to have:

• Experience in assembly or technical craftsmanship (whether you’ve worked in a professional workshop or built things in your garage — we’re more interested in your skills and mindset than your formal education).

• Good understanding of electronics and wiring.

• Good with tools, drawings, and technical instructions.

• Meticulous and quality-minded — you notice when things are slightly off.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Soldering experience or experience working with drones, robotics, or electronics.

• Knowledge of mechatronics or mechanical design.

• Experience from medtech or automotive industries.
