Talent & Growth Lead
Passionate about Re-inventing Forestry!
We are entering our next growth phase, with significant team expansion ahead. To make this happen, we are looking for a Talent & Growth Lead who can build and execute our talent strategy while remaining deeply hands-on.
The Role
As Talent & Growth Lead you will lead and shape our talent agenda in close collaboration with leadership. You will work closely with founders and leadership to translate growth plans into hiring roadmaps, while personally leading key recruitments.
You will shape how we attract, assess, and onboard top engineering, hardware, production, commercial, and executive talent across the organization
This role combines strategy with execution. You should feel comfortable both designing structure and actively sourcing candidates
What You Will Do
Translate our growth ambitions into a clear and actionable hiring roadmap
Partner with founders and managers on workforce planning
Personally lead high-priority recruitments (engineering, hardware, production)
Prepare and build the foundation for a service organization. That can scale on it´s own within the framework you set
Build scalable hiring processes and talent pipelines, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices
Establish employer branding and proactive sourcing strategies
Support leadership in building a strong, inclusive and pragmatic culture
Who You Are
6–10+ years of experience in talent acquisition / people roles
Proven experience scaling teams in a startup or scale-up environment
Demonstrated experience in technical and specialist recruitment
Comfortable with direct sourcing and headhunting
Hands-on and execution-oriented
Pragmatic, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
Solid understanding of core HR disciplines, including onboarding, performance processes, and employee lifecycle management
Good working knowledge of Swedish employment law and practical HR compliance
Experience supporting managers on people-related matters, including performance conversations, development, and organizational design
